MUIC Final Touch 2018

The Office of Student Affairs of Mahidol University International College (MUIC) held the annual “Final Touch 2018” event for 757 graduating students on June 10, 2018 at Prince Mahidol Hall.

Asst. Prof. Sarayut Nathaphan, MUIC Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Research, delivered the welcome address and presided over the awarding ceremony for the MUIC Outstanding Alumni Awards 2017. Assoc. Prof. Phitaya Charupoonphol, MUIC Dean, also attended the event.

The awardees included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Supavadee Aramvith, head of the Digital Signal Processing Laboratory, Chulalongkorn University; Mr. Kridsada Chutinaton, founder of FlowAccount.com; Mr. Anunthorn Vinijtaopatom, owner of Compassionate House for Stray Animals in Thailand; and Mr. T-Thawat Taifayongvichit, a freelance cinematographer. The fifth awardee, Dr. Suniti Barua, a licensed psychologist, was not able to join the ceremony because she is now based in the US.

The four awardees participated in a panel discussion entitled “Keys to Success” which was moderated by Mrs. Patchari Raksawong Kinsperger, a news announcer who is also an MUIC alumna.

“The Final Touch,” an annual event attended by the year’s graduating class and organized by the Student Affairs Office, aims to prepare the new graduates in facing the challenges of starting their own careers.
