Dramatic footage captures the moment neighbors save the child when he falls from a fifth floor balcony in Dongguan, a city of China’s Guangdong Province, on Tuesday. A witness shot the video of the terrifying moment that the one-and-a-half-year-old boy narrowly escaped death. In the video neighbors are seen standing below the balcony holding four cotton quilts, as the boy dangles from the balcony rail on the fifth floor of an apartment building. The accident occurred after the boy had locked his grandmother out of the room and climbed on to the balcony.
