How important are core values to an organization?
Well-known top Thai businessman Dr. Choak Bulakul, Group Managing Director and CEO of Farm Chokchai Group, gave a talk on the topic, “Capitalizing Core Values” on April 25, 2019 at Mahidol University International College (MUIC).
Held at the Charinyarasami Hall, Aditayathorn Building, the event was attended by about 80 faculty, staff members, and students who learned from Dr. Bulakul how strong core values provide advantages to his company Farm Chokchai. He also discussed some aspects of business like human resources and marketing, along with challenges posed by modern technology.
Dr. Bulakul is an honorary member of Mahidol University Council and a member of the MUIC Steering Committee.
Assoc. Prof. Chulathida Chomchai, MD, MUIC Dean, acted as the moderator in the event organized by the Office of Strategic Planning and Quality Development.
