บริษัท ไทยเซ็นทรัลเคมี จำกัด (มหาชน) (TCCC) บริษัทฯผู้ผลิตและจำหน่ายปุ๋ยเคมีรายใหญ่ในประเทศไทย ภายใต้ตราสินค้าหัววัว-คันไถ ตราสิงห์ ตราเด็กน้อย และตราทีซีซีซี ได้จัดการประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 2563 ครั้งที่ 48 โดยมีนายโยชิฮิโระ ทามูระ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ (คนกลาง) เป็นประธานในที่ประชุม พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการ ผู้บริหาร และผู้ถือหุ้นเข้าร่วมประชุมโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน ณ ห้อง Banyan Ballroom ชั้น 10 โรงแรม บันยันทรี กรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งได้เลื่อนการจัดประชุมจากกำหนดเดิมในเดือนมีนาคม เนื่องจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของ COVID-19 โดยการจัดงานครั้งนี้อยู่ภายใต้มาตราการเรื่องความปลอดภัยและการป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของ COVID-19 อย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมมีความปลอดภัยมากที่สุด
จากผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทในรอบปีบัญชีสิ้นสุด ณ วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2562 ที่ผ่านมา บริษัทมีกำไรสุทธิตามงบการเงินเฉพาะกิจการจำนวน 1,000.2 ล้านบาท โดยมติที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการเสนอให้ที่ประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นรับทราบการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาล และได้จ่ายเงินปันผลแก่ผู้ถือหุ้นตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน 2563 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 1.10 บาท รวมเป็นเงินทั้งสิ้น 643.2 ล้านบาท ซึ่งบริษัทฯ มีความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาสินค้าและการบริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้สามารถก้าวไปสู่การเป็นที่หนึ่งในใจเกษตรกรได้ในอนาคต

Thai Central Chemical Public Company Limited (TCCC), leading high quality NPK compound fertilizer producer and distributor in Thailand under OX-Brand, Baby, Singha and TCCC Brand, held the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholder (AGM) No.48 by Mr. Yoshihiro Tamura – President & CEO (Middle) as a Chairman of this meeting, together with Directors, Executives and shareholders at Banyan Ballroom, 10th Floor, Banyan Tree Bangkok Hotel which postponed the meeting from the original schedule in March due to COVID-19 pandemic and for this meeting had set out under the strict preventive measures for the safety of participants of COVID-19.
For the company’s operating results for the financial year ending 31 December 2019, the company’s Net Profits for the year in the separate financial statements showed 1,000.2 million baht. The resolution of the Corporate Board recommended the shareholders to acknowledge the interim dividend payment and already paid dividends to shareholders since April 2020 at the rate of 1.10 baht per share, totaling 643.2 million baht. TCCC aims to continuously develop the excellent products and services toward TCCC’s vision “The First Choice of Growers” in the future.
