“สกาย สปอร์ตส์” รายงานว่า นี่คือครั้งแรกที่แมนฯ ยูไนเต็ดเก็บได้น้อยกว่า 10 คะแนนจาก 7 นัดแรกตั้งแต่ยุคพรีเมียร์ลีก / 9 แต้ม ซีซั่น 2019-20 / 10 แต้ม 2018-19 (โชเซ่ มูรินโญ่) และ 2013-14 (เดวิด มอยส์) / 11 แต้ม 2002-03 (เซอร์อเล็กซ์ เฟอร์กูสัน) และ 2014-15 (หลุยส์ ฟาน กัล)
ด้าน “ออปต้าโจ” รายงานว่า แมนฯ ยูไนเต็ด เก็บได้เพียง 9 คะแนนจาก 7 นัดแรกของเกมลีก ถือเป็นสถิติที่แย่ที่สุดในฟุตบอลลีกสูงสุดนับตั้งแต่ซีซั่น 1989-90 (7 คะแนน) (ซึ่งในซีซั่นดังกล่าว แมนฯ ยูจบอันดับ 13 ของตาราง)
นอกจากนี้ แมนฯ ยูไนเต็ด ยังเก็บได้เพียง 49 คะแนนจาก 28 เกม (84 แต้ม) ที่คุมทีมโดยโซลชาร์ ซึ่งน้อยกว่าที่โชเซ่ มูรินโญ่ เคยทำไว้ได้ใน 28 เกมสุดท้าย (51 แต้ม) ก่อนโดนไล่ออกในเดือนธันวาคมปี 2018
